A friend in need is a friend indeed.

Sometime in the distant past there carried on with a lion in a woods. One day after a weighty feast. It was resting under a tree. Inevitably, there came a mouse and it began to play on the lion. Abruptly the lion got up with outrage and searched for the people who upset its decent rest. Then it saw a little mouse standing shaking with dread. The lion bounced on it and began to kill it. The mouse mentioned the lion to pardon it. The lion had sympathy and left it. The mouse took off.

On one more day, the lion was trapped in a net by a tracker. The mouse came there and cut the net. Hence it got away. There later, the mouse and the lion became companions. They lived cheerfully in the woods a while later.

Moral : A companion in need is a companion for sure.
