The Owl and The Swan

The Owl and The Swan

When there were two companions Kanakaksha the owl and Sumitra the swan. Sumitra was the lord of the swans. However, Kanakaksha was a normal owl. He was reluctant to tell Sumitra that he was an unfortunate owl. So he let Sumitra know that he was likewise a lord and furthermore had subjects. Ordinary the owl would travel to the lake where the swan resided.

One day not surprisingly, Kanakaksha traveled to the lake to meet his companion. "Great morning Sumitra, what's going on with you?" he inquired.

"Great morning my companion, I'm fine. Just found the standard work of a ruler - tackling debates among my subjects," answered Sumitra.

All of a sudden, one of Sumitra's subjects came dependent upon him and murmured something in his ear.

"Gracious!" shouted Sumitra. "Kanakaksha, if it's not too much trouble, give me a second. I need to resolve one more debate between two of my subjects."

"Very well Sumitra," addressed the owl. "I will stand by here." After Sumitra left to find his subjects, Kanakaksha pondered internally, "Assuming Sumitra comes to realize that I am only a common owl, he will quit being my companion. I need to dazzle him."

As Kanakaksha was flying through the forest looking for food, he saw a camp of fighters and their commandant. He abruptly got a thought. He flew back to the lake and called Sumitra. "I maintain that you should visit my realm," welcomed the owl.

"One day I will certainly visit your realm Kanakaksha," addressed Sumitra the swan.

"Not sometime in the not so distant future," encouraged Kanakaksha. "It would be ideal for you to come today. I come to meet you regular." Sumitra concurred and the owl took the swan to where the fighters had set up camp.

"This is my realm and these are my subjects," expressed Kanakaksha to Sumitra gladly. Sumitra realize that Kanakaksha was no ruler. Be that as it may, he would have rather not made him poor absurd companion feel terrible.

"Amazing!" shouted Sumitra.

"Are your fighters preparing to move?"

"No! How should they without my authorization?" The Owl flew over the camp hooting resoundingly "Ho - hoo!" The administrator heard the owl and said, "An owl is hooting. It's a terrible sign. We should delay our walk."

The following day Kanakaksha and Sumitra came to a similar spot. Similarly as the military prepared to move. Once more, kanakaksha hooted. Once more, the military halted. On the third day once more, Kanakaksha hooted similarly as the administrator mounted his pony.

"Gracious this sign producer! Will somebody deal with him?" yelled the authority furiously.

"This time my unfortunate companion has gone excessively far," thought Sumitra the swan to himself.

An officer ventured forward and shot a bolt at the owl roosted on a branch. However, Kanakaksha recognized the bolt and quickly took off. Sumitra who had been close to Kanakaksha didn't see the bolt coming. The bolt hit Sumitra and he passed on.

"Gracious my absurdity has caused the passing of my old buddy," thought Kanakaksha sharply to himself.
