The Swans and The Turtle :
The Swans and The Turtle :
There was a lake at the edges of a little town. Two swans and a turtle who were old buddies lived in the lake. They would play with one another and relax recounting stories.
One year, there were no downpours and the lake began evaporating.
"The lake is practically dry. We need to discover another spot to live," said the turtle to the swans. "We will zoom around and search for a reasonable spot," said the swans. Both the swans flew this way and that looking for a superior spot to live. A little distance away, one of the swans recognized a huge lake. It had a lot of water and there were many fishes in it. He flew back to tell the others.
Them three were extremely invigorated with the find. "Amazing! Presently we will not have any issue," said the turtle.
"There is just a single issue," answered one swan. "Both of us can fly there in a matter of moments. In any case, you creep gradually. What's more, it is some distance away. You won't ever arrive at there."
The turtle thought for quite a while. Out of nowhere his face illuminated. "I have a thought," he said. "You present to me a stick. I will hold the focal point of the stick in my mouth. Both of you can hold the stick on one or the other side. That way you can fly me with you to our new home."
"It is really smart, however you need to ensure you don't open your mouth under any condition. Assuming you do, you will tumble to your demise," cautioned one of the swans.
The turtle concurred.
"Recollect everything that we said to you," reminded the swans as they prepared to fly. Before long they were taking off overhead. They needed to fly over the town to get to the lake. As they flew over the town, individuals ran out into the roads to see this astounding sight.
"What astute birds. They are conveying a turtle on a stick!" shouted one man. Each one was eager to see such an astounding sight.
"It was my thought. I'm the astute one. I really want to tell them," thought the turtle. He opened his mouth to make sense of, however before the silly turtle could say anything, he fell with a crash and passed on.
The swans peered down at their dead companion and shook their heads harshly at his absurdity. "In the event that he had kept his mouth shut, he would be alive and content with us," said one swan to the next as they arrived at the enormous lake which would be their home from that point on.
